Thank you for shopping with Jizania. We take great care in crafting each product and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review the policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Standard Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, beginning on the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
It must include all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note: Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Due to their unique and made-to-order nature, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:
Personalized puzzles and name items
Custom-designed products or themes
Exceptions apply only if the item is:
Defective or damaged upon arrival
Incorrect due to an error on our part
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if you believe there is an issue.
We also do not accept returns on:
Sale items
Gift cards
Perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
3. Courier Charges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Jizania.
Courier fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
